This policy describes information handled through our website, shop, and outreach inquiries.

When you contact us, subscribe to updates, request outreach support, or place an order, we may receive your name, email, messages, shipping and billing details, and order or contribution details. We use this information to respond, fulfill orders or agreed outreach requests, provide requested updates, and operate our business. Cookies and similar technologies can collect information about visits and devices.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive details through contact forms or chat.

We share information as needed with providers that operate the website, process payments, deliver orders, and support customer communications, and when required by law. GoDaddy hosts our website and shop and provides the site chat. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA. Our contribution button uses PayPal. Payment information is processed through checkout or third-party payment services.

If you subscribe to updates, you can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or contact misti@wildflowergraffiti.com. Order and inquiry messages may still be needed to handle your request.

GoDaddy’s cookie banner offers Accept and Decline for its cookie tracking. Embedded services may process information separately under their own policies. You can also manage cookies through your browser; blocking cookies may affect website features.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can review and address it.

Site content belongs to Wildflower Graffiti or its credited owners. Materials offered for download or printing are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Please ask permission before resale or mass reproduction, and do not interfere with site functionality.

Current prices and shipping charges appear at checkout. Eligible U.S. sticker-only orders within the shop’s envelope limit qualify for $2.55 envelope shipping, without tracking or shipping confirmation. Larger sticker-only orders ship at the regular $9.95 parcel rate. Shipping for mixed orders depends on the items selected; your total shipping charge appears at checkout. Selected products include free standard U.S. shipping, as stated on their product pages.

Orders we fulfill ourselves ship within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This is our dispatch timeframe; delivery time varies. Made-to-order items ship directly from our production partners and have separate production and delivery estimates shown on their product pages. Orders may arrive in separate packages.

To request cancellation, email misti@wildflowergraffiti.com within 24 hours with your order number. Cancellation is not guaranteed for orders already being fulfilled, and shipped orders cannot be cancelled. This does not limit rights for delayed or unfulfilled orders under applicable law.

For a return or refund request, missing delivery, incorrect item, or damaged item, email misti@wildflowergraffiti.com with your order number and details. For damage, include photos and retain the item and packaging while the request is reviewed. Please contact us before mailing an item back. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

Seed availability and project plans may change; an inquiry is not a confirmed seed shipment. Contributions support our mission and community outreach. Ask Misti about current plans before contributing. No tax-deductibility claim is made here. Contact Misti about a contribution error or refund request.

A private message does not grant permission to publish it. We will ask permission before publishing submitted photos or testimonials. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Terms may be updated; the current version is available on this page.
